Fighting in this sense is using violence as a last-resort survival tool. It should be assumed that any violent action on your part could lead to injury, death, and civil or criminal liability. This should only be used when lethal force is justified.

This model is sufficient in itself but can augment the toolset of any other martial art or self-defense methods.
